ImmunoChemistry公司產(chǎn)品FLICA™、Magic Red™、MitoPT™、FLISP™、Cholinesterase和膽堿酯酶等全細(xì)胞蛋白酶檢測試劑盒，不采用酶聯(lián)免疫方法也不使用抗體，通過使用熒光標(biāo)記的滲透細(xì)胞底物與由活性蛋白酶標(biāo)記多肽序列的抑制劑，對細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性凋亡蛋白酶、組織蛋白酶、絲氨酸蛋白酶、膽堿酯酶、功能性線粒體進(jìn)行測定，便可定量分析細(xì)胞凋亡與細(xì)胞毒性。
